Role: Factory Supervisor – Graphite Machining

Experience: 3–7 years in manufacturing / graphite machining

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day graphite machining and production activities.
Manage operators and ensure smooth production workflow.
Plan production as per schedules and achieve daily targets.
Monitor CNC/VMC and other machining operations.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
Monitor machine utilization, material consumption and production efficiency.
Identify and resolve machining and production issues.
Maintain production records, reports and shift documentation.
Ensure workplace safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.




Train and guide operators on processes and safety procedures.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of graphite machining and CNC operations.
Robust production planning and team-handling skills.
Understanding of drawings, measurements and quality standards.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of 5S, safety and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
