Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through creative problem-solving.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Certified in Cadence + Prelude
Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for ongoing support.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Epic Systems.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
