Run restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service smoothly. Make sure each outlet opens on time and meets high quality standards.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house workers. Build solid teamwork and motivate staff.
Manage department budgets, control food and labor costs, and track profit and loss (P&L;). Negotiate vendor contracts and manage inventory.
Collaborate with chefs to design appealing, profitable, and seasonal menus.
Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Enforce health, hygiene, and local sanitation regulations across all areas.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
