Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual and detailed project cost estimates.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses and estimate breakdowns.
Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Assist with bid analysis, tendering and contract negotiations.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and contractors.
Assist the GM with reports, correspondence, meetings and documentation.
Coordinate with project teams and follow up on pending activities.
Maintain contracts, estimates and significant project records.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation or construction.
Positive communication, coordination and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
