Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing ERP solutions for educational institutions and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle ERP implementation, configuration, and go-live.
Understand client requirements and map them to ERP modules.
Provide user training and onboarding support.
Resolve client issues and provide ongoing system support.
Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.Requirements:
0.6–5 year experience in ERP implementation/support (EdTech preferred).
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel/SQL.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
