Role & responsibilities

Estate Operations
Support day-to-day estate management activities for assigned telecom tower sites.
Coordinate with landlords for lease-related matters and address site-level concerns.
Facilitate site access and resolve estate-related issues impacting operations.
Maintain cordial relationships with landlords and local stakeholders.

Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper maintenance of lease agreements, renewals, and estate documents.
Support registration, mutation and other statutory documentation activities.
Assist in obtaining and maintaining required permissions and approvals from local authorities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and audit guidelines.

Payment & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate for timely processing of landlord lease rentals and related payments.
Monitor and follow up on pending estate cases to ensure timely closure.

Dispute Resolution
Handle landlord grievances and support resolution of site-related disputes.




Escalate critical issues to the Estate Manager and support timely action.
Maintain records of disputes, notices and resolution status.

Reporting & MIS
Maintain accurate records of estate-related activities.
Update trackers, MIS reports, and documentation repositories regularly.
Provide timely updates on issues, risks, and action plans.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Estate Management, Telecom Infrastructure, Real Estate Operations, Field Operations or Landlord Management.
Positive understanding of documentation and compliance processes.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in the field setting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
