We have opening for Estimation Engineer for real Estate company.

Responsibilities -
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (BOQ) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Estimate the material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Prepare project cost estimates for residential, commercial, and other real-estate developments.
Analyze drawings and specifications to identify the scope of work.
Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations.
Prepare rate analysis for civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
Assist in preparing tenders and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, procurement, and contractors.
Track changes in material prices, labor rates,



and market rates and update estimates accordingly.
Identify cost-saving/value-engineering prospects without compromising quality.
Prepare and maintain BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, comparison statements, and cost reports.
Assist with budgeting and cost control throughout the project.
Verify contractor bills and measurements against approved BOQs and work completed.
Maintain records of variation orders, extra items, and revised quantities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
