Key requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant development experience

- Strong proficiency in the MERN stack or React Native

- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills

- Good understanding of unit testing and code-quality practices

- Proven ability to independently ship secure, production-ready features with minimal bugs

- Effective use of AI tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation

- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills
