Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as estimating, billing, and cost control to ensure project profitability.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantities.

- Analyze data from site visits to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.

- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying principles.

- Proficiency in using software tools for bill checking, billing, and quantity estimation.
