· We are building a high-performance execution team and need a Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership — not just prepare BOQs.
· If you are strong in Civil BOQs and highly confident in Interiors BOQs (mandatory), and can independently handle site measurements, billing, and cost control — this role is for you.
You will own:
- BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
- In office measurements & detailed measurement sheets
- Contractor billing, client billing & invoicing
- RA bills, estimates & rate analysis
- Cost tracking, variation control & QA checks
- 1-3 Years of experience required
- We’re looking for someone sharp, accountable, and comfortable working at site as well as with numbers.
