- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
- Perform basic physical and chemical testing of food products.
- Maintain QC reports, checklists, batch records and quality documentation.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation and food-safety practices are followed.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain audit-related documents.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate with production/QC teams for corrective action.
- Assist in sampling, product testing and maintaining lab records.
- Support FSSAI and other food-safety/compliance requirements.
- Assist in new product development, trials and product evaluation.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of food testing and quality parameters
- Positive documentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP and hygiene practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Freshers with relevant Food Technology/Processing background can apply.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, edible oil, spices, organic food or packaged food industries.
