Role & responsibilities

- Design and conduct site-level quality trainings as per approved methodology and project kick-off requirements.

- Coordinate and support execution of new product mock-ups, and lead mock floor audits with transparent improvement observations.

- Prepare and check site MIS reports and centralized quality reports for consolidated management review.

- Prepare incident reports for quality deviations and lesson-learnt reports for continuous improvement.

- Manage the deployed quality team, allocate tasks, and provide technical support and guidance to Jr. QC personnel.

- Offer site-level quality suggestions and recommend decisions to resolve execution challenges.

- Coordinate QC oversight across RMC Plants, ALF Factory, and UPVC Factory activities.





- Support stage-passing readiness and drive quality assurance checks at every milestone.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in site-level quality control and quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of construction quality processes and methodologies.

- Confidence leading quality trainings, mock-up execution, and mock floor audits.

- Good knowledge of quality reporting, MIS, incident reporting, and lesson-learnt documentation.

- Strong team management and technical coordination skills, including guiding Jr. QC staff.

- Ability to coordinate with site, execution, factory, plant, and technical teams.

- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
