Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Metro, Airport, Railways, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Projects, or other major infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at project sites.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved QAP, ITP, drawings, specifications, and standards .
- Inspect electrical/mechanical works, materials, equipment, and installations.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients for quality-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports, NCRs, and quality documentation .
- Identify quality issues and coordinate for NCR closure and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) .
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and installation activities as per project requirements.




- Conduct quality inspections and support internal/client audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain project quality records.
- Monitor subcontractor/contractor work for compliance with project quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes in construction/infrastructure projects .
- Valuable understanding of ITP, QAP, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists, NCR and CAPA .
- Experience in handling client/consultant inspections and quality documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications .
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Mandatory Criteria
- 5–10 years of relevant Quality/QA-QC experience.
- Must have completed Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
- Must have experience in construction/infrastructure projects .
- Experience in Metro, Airport, Railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Candidates should have hands-on site quality experience .
