Location
Medhcal - 3 to 8 years of experience.

Qualification
Post Graduate in Agronomy or Seed Science / Graduate in Agriculture

Skills Required

Quality consciousness

Knowledge Required
Seed quality norms / regulatory framework
Seed testing procedures
ISTA / NABL accreditation standards would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Execute lab testing processes as assigned.
Assess weekly / daily test load for various testing activities and plan the resources / consumables accordingly to ensure timely testing of seeds.
Assist in preparation of center budget and resource planning exercise.
Conduct process surveillance activities as assigned for the plant to minimize the errors in the process and deliver seeds with required quality standards.
Conducting required seed quality tests and declaring results as per the set guidelines.
Participate in Inter-laboratory comparison tests (Proficiency test).
