WE ARE HIRING | BENCH SALES RECRUITER The Swift Hire LLC is looking for a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales to market consultants, build vendor relationships, generate opportunities, and drive placements.

POSITION DETAILS:-
Experience:- 1–2 Years – US IT Bench Sales
Location:- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | Onsite
Shift:- US Business Hours / Night Shift
Industry:- US IT Staffing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Market and place IT consultants on bench with suitable clients and staffing vendors.
Generate requirements, submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities through vendor calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts and drive prospects through closure.
Manage consultant marketing, submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement closures.
Maintain accurate consultant and vendor information in the ATS/CRM.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:-




1–2 years of proven experience specifically in US IT Bench Sales.
Solid understanding of US IT Staffing, C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
Established vendor/client network and experience working with US staffing partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to generate quality submissions, interviews, and placements.
Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a US shift.
