Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Executive PCD Pharma to join our team at our Zirakpur Adjoining Sector-20 Panchkula office.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise industry and should understand the process of identifying, approaching, acquiring, and managing pharma franchise partners and business clients.

This role requires strong communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential PCD Pharma franchise partners and business clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
Explain pharmaceutical products, product portfolios, pricing, and franchise opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and clients.
Handle enquiries and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, order processing, and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.




Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Mandatory: Prior experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise sales.
Experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or franchise acquisition.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the PCD Pharma business model.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business partners.
Solid follow-up and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
Candidates should be willing to work full-time from our Zirakpur Adjoining Sector-20 Panchkula office.
