Arkik is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is NOT a Digital Marketing Job.

This is a purely traditional, direct field-marketing role involving client visits, relationship building, lead generation, and business development.

Position

Marketing Manager – Field Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential clients and businesses directly
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
Generate leads through direct marketing and networking
Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
Develop local market presence and expand the customer base
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
Prepare regular reports on field activities and conversions

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Confident in face-to-face client interaction
Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in the field
Experience in traditional/field marketing will be an advantage

Important This is a field-based traditional marketing position.

Candidates looking specifically for Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or Content Marketing roles are not the target for this position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,160.00 per month
