Generate current leads through field visits, references, cold calling and local market activities.
Visit potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
Promote and sell Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, Business Loans and other financial products.
Meet customers personally and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and required documents.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business.
Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
Coordinate with the internal team and bank representatives for smooth processing of cases.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Develop business through builders, property dealers, CAs, brokers, agents and other local market contacts.
Identify new business prospects in the assigned area.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
