Sales Support for Green Field / Brown Field Projects a. Visit the client. Understand his requirements.

b. Prepare the concept drawings in 2D drawing in AutoCAD as per norms of NBC / FM Global / NFPA c. Work out the estimates and BOQ for Fire System work.

d. Valuable knowledge of Fire System (Pump House, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Piping as per Fire Standards etc.) project.

e. Project Analysis and Evaluation f. Cost Estimation, Quantity Take-off, Budget Preparation,

g. Bid Preparation and Submission, Vendor and subcontractor Management h. Risk Assessment i. Collaboration and communication.

Desired profile of the candidate
Should have valuable technical knowledge of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Detection System.
Well conversant Fire Standards as per NBC, NFPA, and FM Global




Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
Positive Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)

Work experience (Min. & Max.) 2 to 6 Years Functional Area Business Development / Marketing/Sales Industry EPC Projects – Design, Fire and Electrical (Service & Sales)

Location of Job Pune or as per business requirement salary 35 to 45K / Month Depending upon Technical Expertise and Years of Experience. Basic / UG Qualification Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
