We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand our dealer/client network, and promote our products/services in the assigned territory. Because this is an active field role, owning a reliable two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) and a valid driving license is strictly mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Client Visits: Travel daily across assigned routes to meet prospective clients and retailers.

Market Mapping: Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and recent product demands in the local region.

Reporting: Submit daily activity logs, travel updates, and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills

Experience:



1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development.

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Communication: Robust Bengali/Hindi proficiency and basic conversational English.

Soft Skills: High energy, negotiation skills, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.

What We Offer

Travel Allowance: Fuel allowance / mileage reimbursement as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
