Job Summary

Conceps Media Works is looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to build and maintain engaging mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development, API integration, app optimization, and creating interactive user experiences. Experience with gamification, animations, or gaming applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter.
Build interactive game-based features, reward systems, leaderboards, and user engagement modules.
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, third-party SDKs, and payment gateways.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Follow clean coding practices and maintain proper documentation.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Flutter development.
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework.




Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
Solid understanding of REST API integration and JSON handling.
Experience with Firebase services.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Experience in deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in game-based, gamified, quiz, or reward-based applications.
Knowledge of Flutter animations and custom UI interactions.
Experience with WebSockets and real-time features.
Familiarity with AdMob, Push Notifications, Analytics, and In-App Purchases.
Understanding of user engagement and retention strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
