Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Role

Responsible for promoting the companys products/services, generating new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local marketing.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
03 years of experience in field sales, marketing, business development,



or customer handling; freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable with customer visits and field travel.
Strong sales, negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
