Operations

Supervision
Oversee daily restaurant and service operations
Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
Guest

Service
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
Engage with guests to enhance dining experience
Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate F&B; associates
Conduct daily briefings and assign duties
Monitor team performance and grooming standards
Service

Standards
Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Ensure proper service etiquette and sequence of service
Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely food service
Work with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and cleanliness




Ensure proper communication between departments
Inventory & Control
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and service equipment
Minimize wastage and control costs
Assist in ordering and inventory management

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust leadership and team management skills
Positive communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused approach
Knowledge of food service operations and hygiene standards

Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
2–5 years of experience in F&B; service
Prior supervisory experience preferred
