- 5+ years in within any banking product team.n
- Solid understanding of an analytical mindset, and a proven track record in data analysis.n
- Ability to apply data‐backed insights to business decisions.n
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.n
- Ability to manage multi‐team coordination and ability to work in fast‐paced environmentsn
