This role is tailored for a proactive, customer-focused professional with solid hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, the Spring ecosystem, and microservices development, who can work independently under an agile methodology.
nAs our Java Lead, you will own the full software development lifecycle — from concept and design through development, testing, and deployment — while bringing a quality-first, process-oriented approach to everything you build.
nWhat You Will Do

- Design and develop RESTful web services.n
- Work hands-on with relational databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server).n
- Develop web applications leveraging the Spring Framework.n
- Develop microservices leveraging Spring Boot.n
- Work with application servers such as Tomcat.n
- Use Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins.n




- Champion agile methodologies with an emphasis on quality and standards-based development.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree (BTech) in Computer Science or equivalent.n
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE technologies.n
- Experience building backend APIs using the Spring Boot Framework, Spring DI, and Spring AOP.n
- Experience with real-time messaging integration using Kafka or a similar framework.n
- Experience with at least one database: Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a self-motivated, positive, and adaptable approach to new challenges.n
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.n
