- Perform in-process and final quality inspection of pumps, motors and related components.
- Assist in inspection of electrical and mechanical components as per specifications and drawings.
- Check motor winding, wiring, terminals and electrical connections as per defined standards.
- Assist in testing of pumps and motors for performance, functionality and quality.
- Support quality checks for incoming materials, components and finished products.
- Identify and report quality defects, deviations and non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records and other quality documents.
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for resolving quality issues.
- Follow company Quality Management System (QMS) and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of motor, pump and electrical testing.
