Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Quality

Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards across construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting inspections and tests on materials and workmanship, documenting quality issues, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve non-conformities. The role involves preparing and maintaining quality-related reports, checklists, and records, as well as supporting audits and client reviews.

The Quality





Engineer will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to risk mitigation, and help drive best practices in quality management across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design, implement, and improve quality processes for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Quality Control and Product Quality, including inspection, testing, and verification of materials and workmanship at site.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Assurance, including developing and maintaining quality plans, procedures, and documentation aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree or diploma (Civil or related discipline), along with knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary site teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using quality and project documentation tools; prior experience in large-scale or Design & Build projects and familiarity with ISO or similar quality frameworks would be beneficial.
