Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day manufacturing, filling and packaging operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards and hygiene practices.
- Monitor handling of perfume concentrate, alcohol and other production inputs.
- Monitor bottle filling, capping, crimping, labelling and packaging activities.
- Conduct visual quality checks for fill levels, leakage, damaged bottles, closures, labels and packaging defects.
- Verify quantities, batch specifications and production instructions.
- Assist in maintaining batch records, production records and quality documentation.
- Support sampling and basic quality checks of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products.
- Identify and immediately report quality deviations and process irregularities.
- Assist in documenting deviations, observations and corrective actions.
- Maintain traceability of raw materials, batches and finished goods.
- Coordinate with production personnel to ensure quality requirements are followed.
- Support initiatives to reduce defects, wastage and process variation.

Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of quality control, laboratory practices and chemical handling.




- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working on a manufacturing/factory floor.

Preferred Skills
- Internship or exposure to fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, FMCG or chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SOP, GMP, Batch Records, Quality Control and Production Documentation.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
