We are looking for an experienced Manager – Quality Assurance to lead QA/QC activities for our Process Equipment Division.

The candidate should have solid experience in quality assurance and inspection of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and fabricated process equipment, preferably in an ASME U Stamp-certified organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA/QC activities for process equipment manufacturing.
- Prepare and review QAP, ITP and inspection procedures.
- Ensure material inspection and complete material traceability.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and testing.
- Coordinate customer,



internal and third-party inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ASME and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage NCR, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor welding quality and NDT activities.
- Maintain inspection records, test certificates and manufacturing quality documentation.
- Handle ISO, ASME and IBR audits.
- Monitor vendor quality performance.
- Lead and develop QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Mandatory Candidate Profile Must have experience in Quality/Inspection of:

- Pressure Vessels
- Heat Exchangers
- Process Equipment

Preferred: Experience with ASME U Stamp-certified companies.
