About the Role

We're looking for a Quality and Assessment Tester to own the quality of our platform's AI-driven screening and assessment features. You'll test how candidates are scored, ranked, and evaluated across the hiring pipeline, and help ensure our AI recruiter delivers fair, accurate, and consistent results — while also catching bugs and inconsistencies across the broader product experience.

What You'll Do

- Test AI-driven screening, scoring, and interview assessment flows for accuracy and fairness
- Write and execute test cases across web and mobile touchpoints (agency dashboard, caregiver-facing flows)
- Identify and document bugs, edge cases, and UX inconsistencies; track them through resolution
- Validate background check integration flows and automated onboarding steps
- Collaborate with product, design,



and development teams to verify fixes before release
- Perform regression testing ahead of releases
- Help refine QA processes and testing checklists as the platform evolves

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or assessment/evaluation roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in logic, copy, and UX
- Experience testing AI-powered or scoring-based systems is a plus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering
- Clear, structured bug reporting and communication skills
- Prior experience in HR tech, hiring platforms, or healthcare/home care industry is a plus
