Quadient Inspire Senior Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer / Senior Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to deliver scalable, personalized, and high quality customer communications across print and digital channels.

Experience

. Senior Developer: 610 years

. Strong hands on experience with Quadient Inspire is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Inspire Interactive, and Inspire Scaler.

. Develop energetic document templates, reusable components, styles, layouts, business rules, and personalized communications.

. Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and document composition workflows.

. Configure and maintain batch and on demand communication processes for high volume document generation.

. Work with structured and unstructured data sources and perform data mapping and transformation for document composition.

. Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, CRM/ERP, and other downstream systems.

. Troubleshoot issues related to templates, layouts, data mapping, workflows, document composition, and output generation.

. Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and output validation.

. Optimize templates, workflows, and processing for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

. Support deployments across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.

. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation,



release planning, and production support activities.

. Prepare technical documentation, solution specifications, data mappings, deployment procedures, and operational documentation.

. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure successful releases and production deployments.

. Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

. Follow SDLC, Agile methodologies, coding standards, version control, and release management processes.

. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Required Technical Skills

. Strong hands on experience with Quadient Inspire.

. Quadient Inspire Designer template and document composition development.

. Quadient Inspire Interactive – interactive customer communication development.

. Quadient Inspire Scaler – scalable/high volume document processing.

. Knowledge of Inspire Automation / Content Manager is an advantage.

. Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts.

. Experience with document composition, personalization, dynamic content, business rules, and output management.

. Experience with data mapping and integration.

. Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV and other structured data formats.

. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

. Experience with APIs and enterprise application integration is preferred.

. Knowledge of version control and CI/CD processes is desirable.

. Understanding of performance tuning and high volume document processing.





Experience in Insurance – Property & Casualty or Life & Annuities is an added advantage for relevant projects.
