Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.

- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, FTIR, dissolution apparatus, pH meter, and analytical balances.

- Perform testing according to approved SOPs, specifications, pharmacopoeial methods, and analytical procedures.

- Prepare samples, standards, reagents, mobile phases, and solutions accurately.

- Perform assay, related substances/impurities, dissolution, identification, water/moisture, pH, and other applicable tests.

- Check and document system suitability before and during chromatographic analysis.

- Review analytical data, calculations, chromatograms, and laboratory records for accuracy and completeness.

- Follow GMP, GLP, data-integrity, safety, and laboratory procedures.





- Support analytical method validation, method verification, transfer, and optimization activities.

- Perform instrument calibration, routine checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance as per approved procedures.

- Maintain laboratory notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, and electronic records.

- Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of samples and chemicals.

- Assist in preparation and review of SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, protocols, and reports.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, and other departments whenever required.

- Ensure testing and documentation are completed within established timelines.
