We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, software quality assurance, and team leadership to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end testing initiatives, mentoring QA engineers, improving automation coverage, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Planning: Design comprehensive test plans, define automation frameworks, and establish release criteria.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Assign daily tasks, coach junior engineers, and support professional growth.

Collaboration & Communication: Bridge the gap between developers, product managers, and stakeholders to triage bugs and align on release goals.

Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track test coverage, bug escape rates, and execution status to report progress to upper management.

Process Optimization: Implement testing best practices,



manage test environments, and advocate for automation standards

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
