- Lead QE strategy, QA governance, people management, and delivery assurance for Retail Net & Mobile Banking.

- Manage and mentor SDETs and QA Engineers and drive automation maturity across Agile squads.

- Solid hands-on understanding of Web, Mobile, API and Microservices automation.

- Experience in Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, Python, Katalon/EggPlant; Playwright/Cypress is preferred.

- Lead testing across UPI, Payments, Deposits, Onboarding, Lending, Cards and Investments.

- Drive Shift-Left, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevSecOps, performance and resilience testing.

- Experience with GCP logs, Postman, API Gateway and observability.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, security, audit and regulatory requirements.

- Own release sign-offs, defect governance, RCA, production readiness and quality metrics.

- Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Release teams.
