Hiring for QA/QC Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

- Keep track of the project quality management system’s progress and effectiveness.
- Recommend and implement changes.
- Keep track of the status of all issued nonconformances.
- Examine the credentials and training criteria for quality inspection staff.
- Assist staff in ensuring understanding of all quality standards in place with all quality manuals and processes
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to keep all systems in good working order.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC engineer.
- Must have Experience in High-rise apartment construction.
- Considerable experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
- Dedication to learning current concepts and strategies
