Roles & Responsibilities

- Review Figma designs and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

- Perform Smoke, Sanity, Functional, UI, Regression, Re-testing, Ad-hoc, API, Database, Cross-browser, and Responsive Testing.

- Validate web applications, user workflows, REST APIs, dashboards, reports, and databases.

- Test email-related functionality and integrations, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC validation.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and API testing.

- Automate Functional, Smoke, Regression, and API test suites using Selenium, Playwright, and REST Assured.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and analyse execution reports.

- Report and track defects, perform release validation, and collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing.

- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and software testing best practices.





- Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UI, API, Database, Cross-browser, and Responsive Testing.

- Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, REST Assured, TestNG, Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid/Data-Driven Frameworks, and automation framework development.

- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger), SQL, PostgreSQL, and Supabase.

- Proficiency in Java or Python, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD.

- Familiarity with Apache JMeter for performance testing.

- Good understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email APIs, webhooks, email campaigns, and email security.

- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with SaaS, email infrastructure, ERP/HRMS applications, cloud platforms, or containerised environments.
