Hiring: QA/QC Engineer Mechanical

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical

Industry: Data Centre / Industrial Projects

Systems: Piping | Plumbing | PEB | HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and implement ITP, QAP & Method Statements.
- Inspect incoming materials and maintain material traceability.
- Monitor fabrication, fit-up & welding activities.
- Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR & Welder Qualifications.
- Coordinate and review NDT RT, UT, PT & MT.
- Witness hydro/pressure testing and verify test reports.
- Conduct final inspections and prepare QA/QC dossiers.
- Support QA/QC activities through Testing & Commissioning.
- Raise, monitor and close NCRs with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Consultants & Clients.

Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in Mechanical QA/QC.
- Strong experience in Piping / Plumbing / PEB / HVAC, preferably Data Centre or Industrial Projects.
- Positive knowledge of QA/QC documentation, welding inspection, NDT & testing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
