Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python and React.js. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both backend and frontend technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend development, modern React application development, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Develop robust and maintainable backend services using Python.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend and backend services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize database queries.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Implement unit, integration, and automated testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and application performance improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

- Python Robust hands-on experience
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask,



or FastAPI
- Strong knowledge of REST API development
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security

Frontend

- React.js Strong hands-on experience
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 and CSS3
- React Hooks, component-based architecture, and state management
- Experience with responsive web application development
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks is a plus

Database

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization

DevOps / Cloud

- Experience with Git
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP is preferred
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage

Required Experience

- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience in Python Full Stack Development
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
