About the Role

Redragaa Films is looking for a Film Production Executive who is passionate about filmmaking, organized, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to skilled film production.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre-production, shoot planning, and coordination.
Support script breakdowns, shot planning, and call sheets.
Coordinate with clients, crew, vendors, and internal teams.
Assist during shoots and ensure smooth execution.
Track schedules, project progress, and deliverables.
Coordinate with editors and post-production teams.
Maintain production documents and project trackers.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For
Passionate about films, storytelling, and content creation.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.




Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or editing is a plus.
