About the Role
We are looking for self-driven, highly connected freelance sales professionals to introduce the ClubPass platform to private clubs, sports facilities, and children's enrichment centers across India. ClubPass is a comprehensive digital management solution designed to streamline facility bookings, membership management, and class scheduling. This is an independent B2B sales role offering high earning potential through an industry-leading recurring commission model.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and onboard private clubs, sports complexes, fitness academies, and enrichment/activity centers.
Conduct live platform demonstrations and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads within your assigned regional territory, with a heavy emphasis on emerging Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
Serve as the primary relationship link between the newly onboarded facility and the ClubPass team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven track record in B2B field sales, SaaS sales, or business development targeting the hospitality, fitness, or institutional sectors.
Deep existing network, local market understanding, and robust professional reach into Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns across India.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated entrepreneur mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule and targets.
Commission Structure & Rewards
First-Year Revenue Share: Earn up to 25% on the total revenue generated from every client you successfully onboard.
Perpetual Residual Income: Earn a fixed 15% commission on all subsequent annual renewals for as long as your clients stay active on the platform.
