We are seeking an experienced Project Leader Functional Safety to manage and execute Functional Safety projects in compliance with IEC/EN 61508 Functional Safety Standard and IEC/EN 61511 Process Industry Safety Standard. The candidate will be responsible for leading SIL-related activities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring successful certification and project delivery. Performing SIL verification / Calculation IEC/EN 61508 & IEC/EN61511

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Understand safety Functions / Loops
Support in preparation of technical offer
Perform Safety verification / calculations as per IEC/EN 61508, using Software / Excel sheet
Study and get input data as required for SIL verification / Calculations in using prescribed forms
Preparation of verification report
Provide recommendation to achieve target SIL level
Visit to site to validate SIFs to comply with target SIL levels
Perform validation activity as per IEC/EN 61511 and preparation of report for the same.
Co-ordinate with customer / end user




Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Preparation of SRS report for the SIF.
Experience to use of exSILentia software.

ATTRIBUTES
Should understand Safety Loops
Valuable understanding of IEC/EN 61508 standards
Exposure to use software like exSILentia to perform SIL Verification and Calculations
Capable of reading and understanding HAZOP report & SIL classification report
Capable of reading P & I and wiring diagrams
Capable of reading cause & effect diagram.
Capable to understand safety loops
Should have knowledge on machine automation & safety
Should understand safety interlocks and electrical drawings
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
Candidate should be smart, energetic and should be a team player
Should be ready to travel for project execution purpose
Candidate with his/her own vehicle will be preferred
