Profile Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Fresher/Intern to join our Operations Support team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day operational activities, coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and multitasking. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to gain practical exposure to business operations and the research publication industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the operations team with daily activities and team coordination.
Support data entry, documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Communicate updates, issues, and requirements clearly with relevant teams.
Assist in process improvement and other operational activities.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team/Department Head.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or any related field.
Experience: Fresher / Internship experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of the research publication industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, organized, adaptable, and willing to learn.

The role is designed for Freshers/Interns looking to build their career in Operations, Coordination, and Business Support. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
