About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Python application development, modern web frameworks, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while leading technical teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and AI-powered solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in defining technical strategy, integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications using Python-based frameworks and modern frontend technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and asynchronous frameworks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and microservices-based solutions.
- Build scalable event-driven and distributed systems using messaging and streaming platforms.
- Lead integration initiatives with external systems, third-party services, and business applications.
- Design and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.
- Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and enterprise AI services.
- Create scalable system architectures with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to build responsive and highly interactive user experiences.
- Design database structures, data access layers, and data integration services.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines,



automated testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and cloud-native development trends.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 13 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.
- Extensive experience with Python frameworks including Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, software architecture principles, and design patterns.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Experience developing asynchronous and event-driven applications.
- Hands-on expertise with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Celery.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented design principles.
- Experience designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and Swagger specifications.
- Strong proficiency with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external enterprise systems.
- Expertise in database design, performance optimization, and development using PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,



DevOps methodologies, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI integration frameworks.
- Experience implementing enterprise AI and intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of software security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and guiding engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
