Who We Are Looking For

Quanteam UK are seeking a Python Developer to join the team responsible for building an Intelligent Agent capability, combining production-grade Python engineering with AI agent orchestration and integration across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Building production-quality Python services, APIs, data workflows and automation utilities.
- Designing and implementing agent orchestration capabilities using LangChain or similar frameworks, including tool calling, memory, prompt design, retrieval and workflow routing.
- Integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, model APIs, databases, file stores and reporting workflows.
- Building governed, auditable solutions incorporating logging, metadata capture, exception handling, reproducible outputs and clear technical documentation.

Technical Competence

- Strong Python development experience, including production-quality services, APIs, data workflows and automation utilities.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks, covering tool calling, memory, prompt design, retrieval and workflow routing.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, model APIs, databases, file stores and reporting workflows.




- Solid understanding of data science or risk analytics workflows, including model execution, scenario analysis, result interpretation and validation controls.
- Ability to build governed, auditable solutions with logging, metadata capture, exception handling, reproducible outputs and clear technical documentation.

Behavioural Competence

- A rigorous, detail-oriented approach to building governed and auditable solutions.
- Robust analytical mindset for interpreting model outputs and validating results.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to document technical work for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and teams to integrate agent-based solutions into existing workflows.
