About the Role

We're looking for a motivated fresher Python Developer to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software development to work on real client projects, learn from experienced developers, and grow within a fast-paced digital agency.

Key Responsibilities

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code under guidance from senior developers

· Assist in developing and maintaining web applications, CRM tools, and backend systems

· Support debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of existing codebases

· Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve skills

· Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for basic data handling tasks

· Collaborate with UI/UX and design teams to implement functional features





· Stay updated with new Python libraries, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent)

· Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP concepts)

· Basic knowledge of at least one framework (Django/Flask) is a plus, not mandatory

· Familiarity with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) is a plus

· Understanding of version control (Git) is a plus

· Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a cooperative team environment
