We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage vendor coordination, procurement, inventory, purchase documentation, and material delivery activities. The candidate should be comfortable with basic technical units, costing calculations, MS Excel, and regular travel across Pune for inventory and vendor/site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact suppliers and vendors to obtain and negotiate quotations for materials, electrical equipment, spares, and other requirements.
- Compare quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery with vendors.
- Coordinate vendor payments and maintain accurate invoice and payment records.
- Manage inventory of materials, spares, and equipment and maintain updated stock records.
- Travel across various parts of Pune to inspect inventory, check material quality, and coordinate with sites and vendors.
- Apply knowledge of basic technical units and rate/cost calculations to ensure accurate and competitive purchasing.
- Maintain purchase records, inventory reports, quotations, and other documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Arrange transportation of goods and coordinate with drivers, vendors, and site teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation related to purchases, invoices,



inventory, and vendor transactions.
- Perform other office documentation and procurement-related tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience are preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Comfortable with basic calculations, technical units, rates, and costing.
- Basic understanding of invoices, accounts, ledgers, and purchase documentation.
- Good vendor communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi and able to understand English.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel regularly across different parts of Pune for inventory, quality checks, vendor coordination, and material deliveries.
- Candidates residing near Hadapsar / Amanora Park Town are preferred, or candidates willing to relocate nearby.

Compensation : 12,000 per month
