Job Summary aBet Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our kiosk manufacturing and technology projects.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor development, price negotiation, purchase planning, timely material availability, cost control and coordination with Production, Design, Assembly, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete procurement cycle from Material Requirement to Purchase Order and Delivery.
- Review MRN/material requirements received from Production, Assembly and Project teams.
- Source and procure materials such as:

- Displays / Commercial Screens
- Touch Screens – PCAP / IR
- Computers, CPUs and electronic components
- Printers, scanners, cameras and peripherals
- Sheet metal and fabricated components
- Acrylic, glass, laminates and branding materials

- Electrical and electronic components
- Packaging and general production materials
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable local, domestic and international vendors.
- Obtain multiple quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, warranty and commercial conditions.
- Release Purchase Orders after required internal approvals.
- Follow up continuously with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments and credit terms.
- Coordinate with Production & Assembly teams for material availability according to project deadlines.




- Maintain minimum stock levels for regularly consumed materials.
- Reduce emergency purchases through proper purchase planning.
- Verify purchase invoices against PO, quantity and agreed commercial terms.
- Handle vendor quality issues, shortages, replacements and warranty claims.
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, PO history and pricing records.
- Identify alternative vendors/products to reduce procurement risk.
- Work towards cost reduction without compromising product quality.
- Support management with purchase MIS, pending material reports and cost analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of purchase and supply-chain processes.
- Understanding of electronics, electrical, IT hardware and fabrication materials will be preferred.
- Good commercial and costing knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of GST, purchase invoices and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP and purchase management systems.
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Qualification & Experience Education: Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations or relevant field.

Experience: Preferably 3–6 years in Purchase/Procurement.

Experience in manufacturing, kiosk manufacturing, electronics, fabrication, automation, display/signage or similar industries will be preferred.
