Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for our medical equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage complete purchase and procurement activities from PR to PO and delivery.
- Procure electronic, electrical, mechanical, PCB components, production materials, consumables and packing materials.
- Identify, evaluate and develop recent vendors and alternate suppliers.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ, quality and delivery schedules.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements for purchase decisions.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production and inventory requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and material quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, R&D; and Accounts departments.
- Handle supplier complaints, rejected materials and corrective actions.
- Maintain Approved Vendor List, Purchase Orders and procurement records.
- Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization and alternate sourcing.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.
