Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Purchase Executive cum Field Runner to handle end-to-end procurement tasks and local field runs. This role involves sourcing materials, visiting local markets and vendor locations, verifying inventory, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Sourcing &
- Procurement:

Visit local vendors, suppliers, and wholesale markets to source items, compare prices, negotiate rates, and make direct purchases.

- Field &

- Logistics Operations:

Perform daily field runs for urgent pickups, local deliveries, document handovers, sample collection, and vendor site visits.

- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, evaluate vendor quality, and negotiate payment and delivery terms.

- Order Tracking &

- Quality Check:

Inspect incoming materials at the time of purchase or delivery to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality standards are met.

- Record Keeping &

- Coordination:

Collect bills, cash vouchers,



and invoices from vendors; submit accurate daily expense reports and coordinate closely with the internal procurement and finance teams.

- Stock &

- Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory checks, verify local stock availability, and ensure critical operational supplies are never out of stock.

Requirements &

- Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or diploma/degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.

- License &
- Vehicle:

Valid driving license and personal two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) with up-to-date documentation (mandatory).

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in local procurement, field operations, store running, or site logistics.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, purchase order processing, and smartphone apps (navigation, messaging, expense filing).

- Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Physical Stamina: Willingness to travel extensively within the city during working hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
