Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for construction/infrastructure requirements.

- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).

- Coordinate with project/site teams for material and service requirements.

- Monitor POs, Work Orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.

- Maintain vendor database, procurement records, and support cost optimization.

- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and project teams for smooth procurement operations.

Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement with a Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC company.

- Robust knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, Work Orders, negotiation, and procurement processes.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
